The highest end of lab equipment, and the expertise behind it
LC-MS and GC-MS sit at the top of the analytical stack: triple quadrupole, Q-TOF and Orbitrap platforms that separate a sample by chromatography and then identify it by mass. These are the instruments pharmaceutical, environmental and contract labs validate their methods on, and they are unforgiving of a careless refurbishment.
That is the equipment we specialize in, and it starts with the chromatography front end. The pumps and detectors listed here are the same modules that feed those systems, refurbished to the same standard. Our engineers work across all four OEMs at module level, pumps, detectors, autosamplers, ion sources, mass analyzers, not box-swapping whole systems and hoping.
Sold by engineers who built and serviced these platforms
Our team ran mass specs at the bench as research scientists, engineered them for the manufacturer, and kept them running in the field long before selling one. That's who evaluates every system we list, and it's why our supply standard doesn't bend.
Supply excellence, not adequacy
An instrument is only as good as everything supplied with it. Systems leave here complete, genuine parts, new capillaries, correct fittings, software, documentation, because that's what we'd want to find on the pallet.
That standard doesn't stop at the bench. Every system ships in our own crating, two-color printed on kraft board, handling marks where the freight crew will actually look, and the test data and calibration certificate in a pouch on the outside rather than sealed in with the instrument.
If it wouldn't pass on our own bench, it doesn't ship. We'd rather lose the sale than send an instrument that needs an apology.
OEM-grade parts, new stainless capillaries, and the right ferrules and seals, not whatever is in the drawer.
Modules, cabling, tubing, software and documentation included, a delivery shouldn't turn into a parts hunt.
